PACK WITH ME FOR COPENHAGEN + STOCKHOLM - TRAVEL CAPSULE WARDROBE

I love capsule wardrobes all year long but especially for travel because you can mix and match with fewer pieces so you can have more space in your carry on for souvenirs! The weather was between the high 40s to mid 70s and pretty rainy so I tried to bring pieces that would keep me warm but that could also layer especially since I knew we'd be in and out of museums.

Here's the breakdown of my travel capsule wardrobe for this trip:

For my travel uniform, I used the bottoms of my favorite two piece lounge set, the cropped black tee, and the cardigan as a layering piece. Since the weather was colder and thicker clothes take up more space, I used pieces within my capsule as part of my travel uniform to save space.

Not part of the capsule, I also packed a pair of satin pajamas, and of course underwear and my favorite socks. I also love packing my jewelry collection to elevate any simple outfit. I only brought one small purse because I was planning to buy one on my trip and I found this gorgeous one. I also normally pack slippers but I used the faux UGGs as slippers in the hotels. Lastly, I brought a thermal long sleeve undershirt for extra warmth on colder days.

And everything fits inside a carry-on for easy travel!

One thing I wish I had on this trip were these waterproof shoes from Vessi! We got a lot of rain and my dad was the only one prepared with his waterproof shoes and we were all jealous of his dry feet. As soon as I got home, I ordered a pair for myself so I'm ready for the next rainy day!

Aside from the waterproof shoes though, I feel like I packed the perfect amount of clothes! Because all the pieces in the capsule wardrobe matched, I had a ton of outfit combinations to choose from and I could play around and layer depending on the weather each day. That's why I love packing capsule wardrobes when I travel and I even had space for my new purse and some other souvenirs!
